If you want to search a specific person, you can use the Full Name field in the Person (advanced) window to type in a person’s first and last name.
Upon doing so, “All name matches” will be checked. This will return all possible matches by automatically adjusting several filters within the “Additional Filters” menu located in the Person (advanced) window to:
Tip: If the name search delivers too many results, you can refine your search by adding additional details about the person you are looking for, such as company or job title.
Tip: If you know only a person’s first name or last name, add their company in the “Company Name/URL/Ticker” field for better results.
Please note, if none of your results are representative of the person you’re looking for, it is possible the name you are searching for is not in the ZoomInfo database. Putting search terms in additional fields will not help target that person. It will only further restrict your search.
Tip: If you would like to move the “Full Name” field to the top of the search fields, so it appears first, navigate to your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen. On hover, a menu will appear. Click on “My Account” then click “Edit” under “Account Preferences.” A menu with a checkbox will appear. Click the box then hit “Save.”
