Bulk Data Transfer

Bulk data transfer is conducted through a seamless integration between Salesforce and ZoomInfo. Users may import Salesforce Leads, Accounts, or Contact data to “My Lists” to use with ZoomInfo tools and then export results back to their Salesforce environment. Users can import their Salesforce Leads, Accounts and Contacts to perform various actions within ZoomInfo.

Leads: Users can import Salesforce Leads for use with List Builder, Insights, or Enhance.

  • List Builder: With List Builder, users can leverage their existing Salesforce Leads as a suppression file to avoid duplicating information when searching for and creating a new list of prospects.   • Insights: With Insights, users can analyze their Salesforce Leads and segment their data by job function and management level. Users can then identify personas based on their data segmentation, and get new prospects. Accounts: Users can import Salesforce Accounts data for use with List Builder and Enhance.

Contacts: Users can import Salesforce Contacts for use with List Builder, Enhance and Insights

  • List Builder: With List Builder, users can create a highly targeted list of prospects matching their best buyers. They can also leverage their existing Salesforce Contacts as a suppression file to avoid duplicating information when creating a new list of prospects.
