The second step of List Builder allows you to restrict your query to a specific list of companies.
If you prefer to search for all companies, you can skip this step and add search criteria like industry keywords, revenue, number of employees, and much more on the Companies tab.
Match files must be in a CSV file format and the first row of the document must contain column headers. To add a match file to your query, click "Upload/Select a File" and then choose whether you want to upload a new file or select an existing one from My Lists.
After you upload a match file, you will need to map the file columns. For more information on how to do this, see the article on column mapping. Once you complete the column mapping step, the match file you just added will be reflected in the right-hand column of your screen along with any other list criteria you have selected. The uploaded file will also be added to My Lists so you can access the match file on a future build.
Note: Due to technical constraints, ZoomInfo is unable to apply the uploaded match files to your search until after you submit your request, so the number of matching results will not be displayed at the top right-hand side of the page as you build your list.
