Applying Filters

You can apply filters so that your output file only includes records where ZoomInfo has data for a specific field(s) and was able to fill in one or more fields.

To apply filters choose ‘Filter records in output file’ after choosing a file and mapping your columns.

Choose Fields: 
Require at least one of the selected means ZoomInfo will enhance a record if we have data for any of the fields you select and can fill in the blank for at least one data field, but not necessarily the fields you are filtering on.

Require every selected field means ZoomInfo will enhance a record only if we have data for all of the fields you select and can fill in the blank for at least one data field, but not necessarily the fields you are filtering on.

Example: If you choose to filter on email, ZoomInfo will enhance any record for which we have an email address and can fill in the blank for at least one data field in your file such as phone or title, but not necessarily the email field.
