Installing and Logging In

1. You will receive a link which will lead you to the ZoomInfo Clean product. To install the package into your organization, copy that link into your toolbar. This will prompt you to install the packages based on a couple of selections:

  • What if existing component names conflict with ones in this package? Do not install.
  • Install for admins only
  • Click "Install"

Note: If you are installing into a sandbox organization you must replace the initial portion of the URL with http://test.salesforce.com

  • Next, you will be prompted to approve third-party access, which enables ZoomInfo data can be sent to your Salesforce Instance. Click the checkbox next to "Yes, grant access to third-party websites"
  • Click continue

  • This will compete your installation.

Note: If you are installing into a sandbox organization you must replace the initial portion of the URL with http://test.salesforce.com

2. If you are using Salesforce Classic, click on your name at the top and then select "Switch to Lightning Experience." Note: This is a lightning app, but only initially needs to be set up within Salesforce Lightning. After set up, this will run in the background whether you are using Salesforce Lightning or Salesforce Classic. 

3. Once within Lightning, click on the 3x3 dot home button and select "ZoomInfo Clean." 

4. You are now within the ZoomInfo Clean app. Next, select the settings tab. You will be prompted to enter your Partner Code and Password. If you do not have a partner code and password, please contact the Customer Success team at 781-693-7575 or clientservices@zoominfo.com.
