Clean Best Practices

  • Enable field tracking history
  • Upper limits of what fields should be larger
  • Go through all current workflows and triggers to ensure there is no interference
  • Create a ZoomInfo Clean user and run all jobs using that user. This will ensure that all jobs are are run under the same user and changes can be reverted if necessary. This will also allow the out of the box ZoomInfo Clean reporting dashboard to show all updates made by that user.

    • To Create users:
      1. From Setup, enter Users in the Quick Find box, then select Users.
      2. Click New User.
      3. Enter the user’s name (ZoomInfo Clean) and email address and a unique username in the form of a email address. By default, the username is the same as the email address.
