Installing and Logging In

1. Prior to installing the ZoomInfo Complete package, you must install the ZoomInfo Fields supplemental package:

https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t44000000cFqw

2. You will receive a link which will lead you to the ZoomInfo Complete product. To install the package into your organization, copy that link into your toolbar. This will prompt you to install the packages based on a couple of selections:

  • "What if existing component names conflict with ones in this package?" Select "Do not install."
  • Select Install for Admins only
  • Click "Install"

Note: If you are installing into a sandbox organization you must replace the initial portion of the URL with http://test.salesforce.com

  • Next, you will be prompted to approve third-party access, which allows ZoomInfo data to be sent to your Salesforce Instance. Click the checkbox next to "Yes, grant access to third-party websites"
  • Click continue

  • This will complete your installation.

3. Click on the ZoomInfo Complete tab. You will be prompted to enter your Partner Code and Password. If you do not have a partner code and password, please contact the Customer Success team at 781-693-7575 or clientservices@zoominfo.com.

4. Once your partner code and password have been entered and you are logged in, you will be prompted to set up your custom mapping. Here, you can map your Salesforce Field to the ZoomInfo field. You can set up this mapping for Accounts, Contacts, and Leads. You have now successfully installed Complete! Please check out our Custom Mapping section to ensure your settings are up to date.
