Exporting Data from ReachOut


ReachOut allows you to export directly to Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Microsoft Dynamics and Hubspot. 

When viewing a record on Linkedin, a corporate website, or your CRM or Sales Automation tool, open the ReachOut tool using the widget on your sidebar. From here, ReachOut will match to these records or corporate websites  will have the ability to identify that record using ReachOut and be presented with ZoomInfo data for these records.  


Salesforce exports:

- Export as a contact to Salesforce. Users can now export to Salesforce as a contact directly from ReachOut. When exporting to Salesforce, you will have the option to export the person as a Lead or a Contact. When exporting as a contact, ReachOut will expand to the 80% view, where you will have the option to associate the contact with a Salesforce account that already exists within your Salesforce. If an account does not populate in the list that matches the account the contact should belong to, you can decide to search within Salesforce, or create a new account. When choosing to Create a New Account, you will be charged a credit for creating a new account as well as exporting a contact. Your export will adhere to the custom mapping set up by your ZoomInfo Admin. 

- Export as a lead to Salesforce. Export as a lead to Salesforce directly from ReachOut by clicking on the "Salesforce" button and choosing "lead" from the dropdown. The record will export to the Salesforce instance you have associated through your account settings. Once you have exported successfully, you can click on the success message, which will bring you directly to that lead. Your export will adhere to the custom mapping set up by your ZoomInfo Admin. 

- Export as an account to Salesforce. When viewing a corporate website or company profile in LinkedIn, you can click on the "Salesforce" button. The company will export to the Salesforce instance you have associated through your account settings. Once you have exported successfully, you can click on the success message, which will bring you directly to that Account. Your export will adhere to the custom mapping set up by your ZoomInfo Admin. 


Hubspot exports:

- Export to Hubspot as a contact. Export as a contact to Hubspot directly from ReachOut by clicking on the "more" button and choosing "Hubspot" from the dropdown. The record will export to the Hubspot instance you have associated through your account settings. Once you have exported successfully, you can click on the success message, which will bring you directly to that contact.

- Export to Hubspot as a company. Export as a company to Hubspot directly from ReachOut by clicking on the "more" button and choosing "Hubspot" from the dropdown. The company will export to the Hubspot instance you have associated through your account settings. Once you have exported successfully, you can click on the success message, which will bring you directly to that company.


Microsoft Dynamics exports:

- Export to Dynamics as a lead. Export as a lead to Dynamics directly from ReachOut by clicking on the "more" button and choosing "Dynamics" from the dropdown. The record will export to the Dynamics instance you have associated through your account settings. Once you have exported successfully, you can click on the success message, which will bring you directly to that lead.

- Export to Dynamics as a account. Export as a account to Dynamics directly from ReachOut by clicking on the "more" button and choosing "Dynamics" from the dropdown. The company will export to the Dynamics instance you have associated through your account settings. Once you have exported successfully, you can click on the success message, which will bring you directly to that account.


Outreach exports:

- Export to Outreach as a prospect. Export as a prospect to Outreach directly from ReachOut by clicking on the "more" button and choosing "Outreach" from the dropdown. The record will export to the Outreach instance you have associated through your account settings. Once you have exported successfully, you can click on the success message, which will bring you directly to that prospect.

- Export to Outreach as a account. Export as a account to Dynamics directly from ReachOut by clicking on the "more" button and choosing "Dynamics" from the dropdown. The company will export to the Dynamics instance you have associated through your account settings. Once you have exported successfully, you can click on the success message, which will bring you directly to that account.


Salesloft exports:

- Export to Salesloft as people. Export people to Salesloft directly from ReachOut by clicking on the "more" button and choosing "Salesloft" from the dropdown. The record will export to the Salesloft instance you have associated through your account settings. Once you have exported successfully, you can click on the success message, which will bring you directly to that record in Salesloft.

- Export to Salesloft as an account. Export as anaccount to Salesloft directly from ReachOut by clicking on the "more" button and choosing "Salesloft" from the dropdown. The company will export to the Salesloft instance you have associated through your account settings. Once you have exported successfully, you can click on the success message, which will bring you directly to that account.
