Customizing your ZoomInfo platform

Users now have the ability to customize the way their ZoomInfo experience looks! All customization options can be found within the Settings option under your Username in the top right corner of the platform

Within the Customization Tab, you'll be able to customize your Home Page, Main Navigation Panel, Profile Tabs, Search Filters, and List View Columns. To learn how to customize each of these please read the tutorial below!


Customizing your Home Page

Your Home Page is divided into two columns,  Left Column and Right Column

To move any of the information from one column to the next, simply click that section and drag that section to the column you want it to live in.

To re-arrange any of the sections on either column, simply click and drag that section.

To turn off any section on your Home Page you can switch the toggle from On to Off.

Once you've configured your settings simply click Save.


Customizing your Main Navigation Panel

If you don't use tools such as Enhance or Conferences you can now remove those icons from your Main Navigation Panel, or if you use those tools more frequently than others, you can now re-order how these tools are shown. Some tools are mandatory on and will not be able to be turned off or re-ordered.

To re-order the icons, simply click on the section and drag and drop based on your preference.

To turn a section off altogether, simply toggle from On to Off.

Once you've set your preferences click Save.


Customizing your Profile Tabs

You can now re-order and turn off tabs within Contact and Company profiles. Some tabs are mandatory on and will not be able to be turned off or re-ordered.

To re-order the tabs, simply click on the tab name and drag and drop in the order you want your tabs to be visible.

To turn off a tab so that it does not show on a profile, toggle from On to Off.

Once you've set your preferences click Save.


Customizing your Search Filters

You can now change the order of how your filters appear and turn off any filters that you don't use. You can set these preferences for Contact Filters in Contact Search and Company Filters in Company Search. Some filters are mandatory on and will not be able to be turned off or re-ordered.

To re order the search filters, click on the filter name and drag and drop in the order you want these to be seen in Open Search.

To turn off a filter so it does not show in Open Search, toggle from On to Off.

Once you've set your preferences click Save.


Customizing your List View Columns

You can now change the order of the columns that appear in your List View results within Contact Search and Company Search.

To re-order what information appears in List view, simply click on the information row and drag and drop to your preferred order.

If you want to remove information from the List View you can toggle from On to Off.

Once you've set your preferences click Save.
