Understanding the Homepage

After logging in to Grow, you’ll land on a page that looks like this:


On the left-hand side of the page, you’ll see a menu of tools. Contact Search, Company Search and My Companies are reserved for Grow members with a Business plan subscription. These tools offer more sophisticated prospecting capabilities and allow you to search for contacts and companies by highly specific criteria, such as management level, revenue, company type, industry, etc. 

In the top right-hand corner of the page, you’ll see a link for pricing and plans as well as free tools you can access through Grow. These free tools include ZoomInfo’s prospecting tool ReachOut, which can be used with LinkedIn and Salesforce, and ZoomInfo Connector, a plugin for Microsoft Outlook.

Clicking on your name will take you to the account settings page. Clicking the gear icon next to your name opens a menu where you can access account settings, go to the help center, or logout.

Your Account Settings

To edit your account settings, click on your name or click on the gear icon and select “Account Settings” from the drop-down menu.


Here, you can upgrade your account, check your credit balance, edit the details of your account, and register as a member of the ZoomInfo contact sharing community. You can also update your billing details, change your password, or click “Integrations” to connect a Salesforce, Office 365, or Outlook email account.
